Consulting fees, deliverables, and timelines apply only when both parties sign a written statement of work. Prices displayed elsewhere on the internet or in advertisements are not binding unless referenced in that signed document.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials we create during a paid engagement are licensed to you upon full payment as specified in the statement of work. Pre-existing tools and templates remain our property.

5. Confidentiality

Information you mark as confidential in an inquiry will be handled with reasonable care. Formal mutual confidentiality terms can be added to statements of work when required.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website. Liability for paid consulting is capped as stated in the relevant statement of work.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
