Applicability

This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements for cloud-native application architecture that are confirmed in a signed statement of work. Browsing this website or sending an unpaid inquiry does not trigger charges.

Cancellation by client

• More than 14 calendar days before a scheduled workshop start: Full refund of any prepaid fees for that workshop, minus non-recoverable third-party costs already invoiced on your behalf (if disclosed in writing).
• 7–14 days before start: Fifty percent refund of prepaid workshop fees unless we reallocate the slot to another client at your request.
• Less than 7 days before start: Prepaid workshop fees are non-refundable; we may offer rescheduling once within ninety days subject to availability.

Cancellation by CloudVertex Consulting

If we must cancel, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected deliverables or, at your choice, rescheduling at no additional fee.

Advisory / pairing hours

Unused prepaid hours in a retainer expire as stated in your statement of work. Refunds for unused hours are available within thirty days of purchase only when no consulting hours have been delivered; otherwise fees are applied to delivered time at the contracted rate.

Work already performed

Delivered artifacts, committed repository access, or completed review sessions are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered when a written milestone is not delivered as specified.

How to request a refund

Email info@cloudvertex.digital with your company name, statement-of-work reference, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within three business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under Thai consumer protection law for unfair contract terms.
