We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
3. Form handling
Inquiries submitted through /api/inquiry are received by our same-domain server handler and used only to evaluate and respond to your request. Messages may be stored in our business email and CRM systems with access limited to staff who handle consulting sales.
4. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for contracts, tax, or legal claims. Cookie preference data remains in your browser until you clear site storage.
5. International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed on systems located in Thailand. We use providers bound by confidentiality obligations when hosting or email services involve subprocessors.
6. Your rights
