Engagement model
How engagements are formed
This page describes how paid programming consulting is scoped for cloud-native application architecture. Nothing on this site constitutes a public offer with listed prices; each engagement is shaped through inquiry and mutual written agreement.
1. Initial inquiry
You share context via the contact form or email: current stack, team distribution, regulatory constraints, and the architectural decision you need help with.
2. Fit conversation
We respond with clarifying questions — typically about ownership boundaries, release cadence, and existing observability. If the topic is outside cloud-native architecture consulting, we say so plainly.
3. Written scope
When both sides agree to proceed, we issue a statement of work describing deliverables, timeline, fees in THB, invoicing rhythm, and communication channels. Work starts after the scope is signed and any deposit terms are met.
4. Delivery & handover
Deliverables might include decision records, reference implementations, or review notes committed to your repositories. We document assumptions so your team can maintain the architecture without us.
Who this is for
Product engineering leads, platform teams, and founders modernizing monoliths or standardizing multi-service deployments in Thailand and abroad.
Who this is not for
Purchases of off-the-shelf software licenses, 24/7 managed operations, or engagements seeking guaranteed revenue outcomes from architecture changes alone.
